Nomad Return Policy?
Nomadshop.net has a specific return policy. Items purchased at regular price may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days from purchase or delivery of your order. All items must be returned in new and unworn condition with the original tags/packaging. Refunds will not be issued.
If an order is eligible to be returned for store credit or exchange, an email should be sent to info@nomadshop.net prior to shipping the order back to receive a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Items sent without a Return Authorization number will be refused at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable. All orders undergo e-commerce fraud screening and will be shipped out upon approval. Orders that do not pass screening, have previous fraud activity, and/or contain security flags will be cancelled and refunded.
All sale items, discounted items, fragrances, candles and launch items are FINAL SALE. Cancelled orders or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges associated with the order.
For in-store pick up, all orders with the Local Pickup delivery method are FINAL SALE if the item hasn't been picked up within 7 days from the date the order is ready for pick up.
